Shirley Thomas
DIRECTOR
Shirley has a wealth of knowledge in the New Homes industry, with over 35 years’ experience as a Sales Director for some of the Uk’s largest housing developers. Shirley’s has predominantly been based in in the Midlands, Southwest and Wales. She understands the real pressures developers and sales teams face during the process and is on hand to offer here deep knowledge and advice to our clients.
Rhys Thomas

Rhys has been working in the property industry for over 7 years, predominantly based in London. For the last 3 years Rhys has been the Sales Manager of a high-end Estate Agency in Bloomsbury, Central London. Prior to this Rhys worked for some of the City’s best-known developers, focused on new homes sales across the capital.

Claudette has been working in the New Homes industry for over 8 years, mainly in South Wales. With a deep understanding on the buying process, her strength is on site where her attention to detail is second to none. She arranges and monitors temporary staff for our clients and more recently has spent over two years gaining invaluable experience on site with our Housing Associations schemes.
